This website is for information. By using it you agree to these terms. Content is owned by End Cancer Foundation unless stated. You may share links, but do not copy the content in a way that suggests it is yours or that we endorse you.
Not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using this site or contacting us does not create a doctor and patient relationship. If you have symptoms or concerns, see a qualified doctor. In an emergency go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
Accuracy
We work to keep information correct and up to date, including our registration status. We do not guarantee it is complete, and we may change it at any time.
Donations
Donations are voluntary. They are used for the Foundation's charitable purposes, mainly the programmes described on this site. Online donations open only after our tax registrations are in place. We issue a receipt for every donation. A tax-exemption certificate is issued only where a valid approval exists at the time of the donation and only as the law allows.
Refund policy
Donations are generally not refundable. We will refund a duplicate payment, or a payment made in error, if you email us within 7 days of the payment with the transaction details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using this site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have by law.
